Here we are: just a few weeks from graduation and I'm finally posting Class of 2024. The last 10 months have been filled with some of the most amazing sessions with the absolute BEST clients in the whole world! I am SO thankful for all the people who have asked me to take senior portraits for them this year.
Catherine was my first 2024 senior of the year and we took her pictures in June at a garden in Fayetteville, GA. This was my first time taking pictures at this beautiful location and it was perfect for Catherine! She brought one of her dogs with her and we had so much fun! Summer sessions with flowers are some of my very favorites. Catherine is about to graduate from Strong Rock Christian School and lives south of Atlanta so I asked another photographer friend for suggestions on locations in that area and I'm so glad Monica mentioned this one to me! It's just filled with pretty fields, rustic gates and fencing and even has a couple small docks on a lake filled with geese and swans. It was well worth the extra drive and I'm hoping it will be available again later this year. The owner is having some health complications and I'm praying Steven is well very soon. He's such a wonderful man who also teaches art classes and he has the most calming demeanor I've ever met.
Catherine chose one of the packages I offer that also includes a mini session later in the year. She and her mom opted for a combination of a family session and college tee session. It was so fun to see them again and to meet her dad and younger brother! Believe it or not, these images were taken in the spring but it looks like fall! It was such a chilly day in early March and I'm so glad they all wore sweaters and jeans to keep warm!
Catherine, thank you so much for asking me to take your senior portraits this year! I know you're going to love being at Texas A&M in the fall!
