This beautiful girl with the platinum blonde hair and piercing blue eyes is one of my new favorite people! I just adore Morgan! She needed a traditional yearbook photo with the black drape in addition to her senior portraits so I had her and her mom come to my house where I could set up a backdrop and studio lights. We started with the yearbook picture because it was really cloudy and had just finished raining earlier in the day so this gave us a little time to let the weather clear up a bit. It also ensured that her hair and makeup would be perfect and not wind blown. Yearbook pictures definitely need to have a more "polished" look to them. The yearbook picture only takes about 10 minutes so when we finished up here we headed up to downtown Canton and Heritage Park for the rest of her session.
I absolutely love the colors she chose for each of her outfits! Orange is a perfect color choice for her skin tone and eye color because it's blue's complementary color and naturally if you have blue eyes you should consider wearing either a complementary color and add something blue to wear to emphasize your blue eyes like Morgan did with her second outfit!
She also wanted some pictures in a natural location so we drove over to Heritage Park in Canton. It can get pretty muddy in the park after it rains because that park doesn't drain well at all but we found a few dry areas and a new path I hadn't been on before. Morgan brought her cap and gown and wore her graduation dress.
When we were all finished I was thanking her for being so awesome and I just welled up with tears because I was so impressed and touched by how genuine and sweet she is! She has that Holy Spirit magnetism and radiates joy! I can't wait to see how God uses you in the years ahead.
Love you tons, Morgan!
One of my packages includes a mini-session later in the year. The mini-session is approximately 15-20 minutes long and includes 5 digital images. I take around 10-15 pictures so you have plenty of choices and you can purchase extra images and prints if you like!. This is definitely one of the most popular options with everyone! This mini-session can be used to take cap 'n' gown pictures in the spring, a session with your college t-shirt once you've committed to a school if that is your plan for the next year, or even a mini-family session which is what Morgan chose! We just took these pictures a couple weeks ago and they turned out beautifully! I have several more dates for mini-sessions coming up and can't wait to see everyone!
