I always love when I get to take senior pictures for all the kids in a family! It's a huge compliment for them to come back to me when younger siblings are ready to graduate. I had taken Harrison's sister's portraits a few years ago but now it was his turn. He also wanted an urban location like Sarabeth but something a little closer to home so that we could also do some pictures at The Walker School where he plays baseball and is the quarterback for their football team. Downtown Marietta was the perfect place since it's only a few minutes down the road. Harrison started out in his most casual outfit, some shorts and a t-shirt, and then we moved on to this awesome Coca-Cola work shirt he found and my favorite outfit was his suit!I love that he has so much variety in his outfits and shooting in Marietta is always fun because there are so many quiet streets and different backgrounds to choose from without having to get back in the car to change locations.
We had to wait for some light rain to stop to be able to take pictures in his suit but it was definitely worth the wait. When we got in our cars to drive over to his school the skies absolutely let loose and it poured down on us for 15 minutes while we waited in the parking lot! We could see from the radar that the storm would pass quickly and I'm so glad we were able to get onto the football field for a little bit.
I loved getting to see him play this year and I'm so excited that he'll be the punter for the AJC's All-Metro team! Hopefully in the spring, I'll also get to one of his baseball games.
