I'm so excited about this post because it's basically Part 1 of 3! First I'm posting Bryanah's pictures and then I'll post her boyfriend's pictures and then I'll post the pictures of the two of them together. Bryanah and Greyson go to South Paulding High School where Bryanah is a member of their Color and Winter Guard and Greyson plays tuba in the band. I absolutely adore these two people!
Greyson's mom told me they wanted to do their pictures together and I could tell from the very beginning that this was going to be a special session and that I would love them both. Bryanah told me she wanted a couple pictures with her cat (how fun!) and she wanted a unique and nature setting for her pictures. Greyson wanted urban and water. So together we covered just about every kind of location category! The very best option for them then was Douglasville, which is really close to them and Sweetwater Creek Park which isn't far from Downtown Douglasville. Of course we started at their house so we could grab some pictures of Bryanah with her cat, Maizie! I knew the session would be perfect when even Maizie was posing perfectly for her pictures!
We headed into town for the next part of their session. We got some pictures of Bryanah in her letterman jacket and also in a couple different outfits. When Greyson was having this pictures taken she would switch outfits and vice versa so we definitely made the very best use of our time. My favorite outfit on her is that gold top! That color is perfect for her! We walked all around Douglasville finding great little corners and streets to shoot in and it wasn't terribly crowded which made things even nicer.
Greyson's dad made sure to be our escort since he was carrying her epi pen just in case we ran into any bees and I'm so thankful for awesome parents, like Faith and Clint, who go out of their way to make their kids' portrait sessions extra special!
Our last stop was at the lake at Sweetwater Creek State Park. It's such a pretty place with docks and boats and even a little building in the exact same blue as Bryanah's eyes! We had beautiful weather and I didn't know if it would be crowded there on a Saturday evening but it wasn't overrun at all!
I'm already looking forward to seeing Bryanah and Greyson again this spring!
