I just finished designing Baker's album so this is the perfect time to write his blog post!
Baker's mom and I have been good friends for a really long time and I am so honored that she asked me to take his senior pictures this year! Baker and my son Parker used to be really good friends and hung out a lot when they were in elementary school and so it's really sentimental for me to being watching these guys grow up and prepare for college.
Baker is a talented trumpet player at Cherokee High School and so it was only natural that he wanted to include it in some of his pictures! We started our shoot in Downtown Canton and captured images in two different outfits while we were there. I love finding new little corners to use in places I shoot often; it helps to give clients a different look even though they might be in the same spot their friends used for their senior pictures!
Baker also wanted to do some of his session in a natural setting so we went to this spot at the lake that is less than 15 minutes away. It has so many great places to shoot from...just watch out for the ants! They were seriously out of control the day we were there and were covering trees and rocks and we had to really scope it out to find safe places to land! I love his last outfit especially and that we were able to shoot before all the fall color was gone.
